For orders over €49, we cover the return shipping costs for you – simple, stress-free, and completely free!

1. Please fill out the return form and let us know which item(s) you would like to return.
2. You will receive an email from us with your return label.
3. Print out the return label.
4. Pack your goods and attach the return label to your package.
5. Send the goods back to us.
6. As soon as your package has arrived with us, you will get your money back in the same way you paid.

• Return of goods only possible with return label!
• Send your goods back to us within 14 days. Please note that after this period, a refund is no longer possible.
• Custom and personalized orders are excluded from return.
• Please make sure that the packaging is as undamaged as possible and that the goods also arrive undamaged.
• Used products are unfortunately excluded from return and refund.
